Pressure individuals and families to voluntarily leave the United States.

✅ What Happens If I Register?
Migratory Consequences:

The government could use the information you provide to arrest and deport you.

If you cannot prove you have been in the US for more than two years, you could face expedited removal, a process that does not allow appearing before a judge.

👥 Who Should Register?
-
Adults and minors 14 years old or older who entered the US without permission and They have had no contact with immigration

Parents or legal guardians of children children under 14 years of age who entered without permission and never had contact with immigration

Children who meet 14 years within 30 days of their birthday, even if previously registered by a parent

People who entered without inspection and have applied for or received asylum, TPS, or DACA, but they have not received:

Advance travel permit (advance parole)

Minor beneficiaries with Pending immigration petitions who have not been issued an employment authorization card

Visitors Canadians (business/tourism) who did not receive a work permit
❌ Who Does NOT Need to Register?

Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders)

Persons who entered on nonimmigrant or immigrant visas

People who are or have been in deportation proceedings

Individuals authorized to work (even if expired)

Refugees

People who applied for permanent residency (even if denied)

People with Border Crossing Cards (even if expired) or who entered as crewmen
🔸 DACA or TPS Recipients

If you have received a work permit, Registration is NOT required (even if expired).

Yes Has not received a work permit, you must register, even if you have been granted DACA or TPS.

If you were granted advance travel permit (advance parole), Registration is NOT required.
🔸 Asylum Applicants Before USCIS:

If you have received a work permit, Registration is NOT required.

Yes has not requested or received a work permit, You must register.

🧾 Should I Bring Proof of Registration?
Yes. Once registered, The law requires you to carry proof of registration with you at all times. Not doing so is considered a federal misdemeanor.
